AIISA, the association of hygienists of aeraulic systems, highlights how some systems of "active sanitation" of plants and air are actually found to be commercial and that they have many negative aspects that must be taken into consideration. The Decision establishes that energy performance requirements for “Near zero energy buildings” will come into force in Lombardy as of January 1st, 2016, while the new procedure for calculating energy performance will come into force on October 1st, 2015. The systems for assessing the project requirements for the energy performance of activities will be operative as of January 1st, 2016. Within July 31st, 2015, the regional accreditation centre, Infrastrutture Lombarde spa, should make available the first versions of the new calculation software on www.cened.it. Buildings with no systems must also have the Energy Performance Certificate. Buildings subject to cultural and landscape constraints, those included in renovation plans dictated by planning, temporary structures authorised for no longer than six months are exempted from the obligation to apply the energy performance requirements.
